The workflow
The automation drafts booking replies. It prepares tasting-room and event times. It writes order follow-up and marketing notes. Those are the same tasks a person was already doing by hand. The draft is the first pass, made from material the distillery already uses.
A person stays in charge
A person still confirms the booking reply, the times, the order follow-up, and the marketing notes before any of them go out. The automation does not send them on its own. If the approval step cannot be described, the workflow does not ship.
