Adtell.ai

AI consulting for operating companies

Cut the cost of work that should not still be done by hand.

Adtell.ai helps businesses find the repetitive work that still sits on payroll and implement AI that removes it. The first step is a free AI savings audit.

Where the money goes

The expensive work is usually ordinary.

Most AI projects start with a tool. The ones that save money start with a cost: hours spent moving information, answering the same question, or rebuilding a report.

  • Status that gets rewritten

Someone collects the same facts from several tools and types them again for someone else. The cost is the chase, not the decision at the end of it.

  • Answers that live in one head

Customers, vendors, or staff ask questions the company has already answered. The cost is waiting on the person who remembers.

  • First drafts from a blank page

Routine notes, follow-ups, and internal write-ups start over every time. The cost is the blank page, not the judgment that should still review the draft.

The practice

How it works

From a named drain to a workflow you can run.

  1. 01

    Tell us where time goes

Book a free AI savings audit. Say who you are, what the company does, and which tasks eat hours or create rework. We read that before the conversation so the session is about your work.

  2. 02

    Separate cost from curiosity

We walk the drains you named. We mark what is repetitive enough to scope, what needs a written roadmap, and what should be left alone. You leave with a ranked list and a recommendation, including a recommendation to wait.

  3. 03

Scope paid work only if it earns it

An assessment is for a plan across functions. An implementation builds one defined workflow. Training is for the people who will use what gets built. A retainer continues the work after something is in production. Each has a published starting point. The quote follows the scope.

  4. 04

    Leave the workflow runnable

A build includes the rules for what the agent may do, documentation, and a handoff to your team. We do not call it finished if only we can operate it. A retainer is optional. It is for continued improvement, not for holding the keys.

Questions

Before you book.

What is the free AI savings audit?

A working session on the workflows you already know are slow or expensive. You get a ranked list of what is worth doing and a recommendation for the next step, which may be to do nothing yet. It is free. It is not a software demo.

Which industries do you work with?

The practice comes from operating companies in fiber optics, technical training, integration, furniture, spirits, wine, a public market, and property management. The offer is not limited to those industries. If the work is repetitive and the cost is real, the audit is how we find out whether we can help.

How much does implementation cost?

Implementation projects start at $10,000 and are quoted from a defined workflow. An assessment and roadmap, when you need a plan before a build, is $2,500–$7,500. A monthly retainer starts at $1,500 per month. Team workshops are quoted for the group. The free audit is how you find out which of those applies.

Will this replace our team?

The work we take on is the repetitive first pass: drafts, lookups, status, and handoffs. A person stays accountable for customers, money, and anything that carries risk. The aim is to remove hours, not to pretend a model is a manager.

Do you sell a software product?

No. Adtell.ai is a consulting practice. We implement workflows using tools that fit the job. We do not have a platform to license, and we will say so if a tool you already pay for is enough.

Are the companies listed on this site clients?

No. FiberOptics.com, The Fiber School, and Adtell Integration are divisions of Adtell Inc., the holding company. BCLE Furniture, Doan Distillery, LaBonge Estates Winery, Trolley Barn Public Market, and Ivers Property Management are operating companies Chris LaBonge runs. They are the credibility story — we run our own businesses on AI — not a client logo wall.

What should we send before the audit?

Your name, a work email, the company, the industry, the rough size of the company, and a description of the biggest time or cost drains. Specific workflows are more useful than a list of tools.

What should we keep out of the form?

Do not send secrets, customer lists, or credentials. Tell us only what you are comfortable sharing to scope a first conversation. Access and handling belong in writing once a paid engagement is real, not in a public form.
