The companies
Chris LaBonge is Founder & President of Adtell Inc. The holding company's divisions are FiberOptics.com, The Fiber School, and Adtell Integration.
He also runs BCLE Furniture, Doan Distillery, LaBonge Estates Winery, Trolley Barn Public Market, and Ivers Property Management. Those companies are part of the practice, not a client list. The consulting offer is built on work he is accountable for.
What the agents are for
The businesses do different work: fiber optics, technical training, integration, furniture, spirits, wine, a public market, and property management. The question in each of them is the same. Which tasks are still done by hand even though a careful person could write the procedure down?
Agents take the repeatable part of that work. Typical uses are drafting a first pass, answering a question that has a known answer, moving information between tools, and preparing material a person still reviews. The person remains responsible for the customer, for anything that spends or collects money, and for anything that would be embarrassing or unsafe if it were wrong.
How a workflow gets chosen
We do not start from a model. We start from a named drain. One workflow is scoped until it is boringly reliable. The scope includes what the agent is not allowed to do. If the approval step cannot be described, it does not ship.
That is slower than a demo. It is how you keep an agent from creating a new kind of rework.
What this page is not claiming
There are no hours-saved figures here, no dollar figures, and no before-and-after comparison. Those would have to be measured and agreed, and this page is not that report.
